Our Story

Built by a landlord who wanted something better.

I'm a landlord. I've dealt with the late-night maintenance calls, the tax-season scramble for receipts, the lease renewals I forgot about until the last minute. I know what this work actually looks like day to day.

When I looked at the tools out there, the problem wasn't that they were expensive — most are reasonably priced. The problem was that they felt like they were built a decade ago and never rethought. Features bolted on to check a box. Workflows that don't match how landlords actually work. Software that technically does everything but makes nothing feel simple.

I wanted to start from scratch with a different question: what if we used modern technology — especially AI — to make every part of landlording genuinely easier?
