- Monthly plan — $19/month. More flexibility, higher price.
- Free trial — 7 days of full access, no credit card required.

Transaction fees (paid by tenants, not you)

After the trial
If you don't subscribe after 7 days, your account goes to read-only mode. You can still view all your data, but you can't take new actions (create charges, draft leases, etc.) until you subscribe.
