Managing Listings

After publishing a listing, you can edit it, temporarily pause it, or close it entirely.

Editing a listing

Click on any active listing to update the description, photos, rent amount, or available date. Changes go live immediately.

Pausing a listing

If you want to temporarily stop accepting applications (e.g., you're reviewing current applicants), you can pause the listing. It won't appear in marketplace search results but your existing applications are preserved.

Closing a listing

When the unit is rented, close the listing. This removes it from the marketplace and marks it as filled.

Tips

• Don't leave stale listings up — renters get frustrated when they apply to units that are already taken
• Seasonal timing — listings posted in spring and summer typically get more interest
• Refresh your listing — if it's been up for a while, update the description or photos to keep it fresh
