What's on a tenant profile

• Contact info — name, email, phone number
• Current unit — which property and unit they're in
• Lease status — active, pending signature, or expired
• Payment history — all charges and payments for this tenant
• Maintenance requests — any requests they've submitted

Tips

• Keep contact info updated — if a tenant changes their phone number, update it so you can reach them
• Use messages — the built-in messaging feature keeps your communication documented
• One place for everything — instead of digging through emails and texts, the tenant profile has their complete history
